How I do it
Glass is where I'm pickiest. Inside, every pane gets hand-squeegeed and detailed at the edges with a dry towel. Sills wiped, frames included, and none of the spray-and-wipe shortcuts that streak the second the sun hits.
Outside is a different method. We use a water-fed pole and three-stage filtered water: the brush scrubs the glass, the pure water rinses it, and it dries spot-free on its own, no squeegee or towels. The pole also reaches the high second-story panes from the ground, so no ladder ever leans on your gutters.
Interior and exterior, or exterior only if you'd rather we stay outside. Storm windows, skylights, French panes with all the little muntins nobody likes doing — bring them on.

Exterior, pure-water method
A water-fed pole and three-stage filtered water rinse the outside glass spot-free, and reach the high panes from the ground so no ladder touches your gutters.
Sills & frames
Wiped down with every window. Dead bugs and winter grit don't get left behind.
Skylights & storm windows
The awkward ones too. If we can reach it safely, we clean it.
Hard-water spot treatment
Mineral spots from sprinklers get treated, not just wiped around.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior and exterior is the full service, but plenty of people book exterior only and that's no problem. Exterior only also means no one needs to come inside your home.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year keeps most homes looking sharp: spring after the pollen dump, and fall before you're squinting through the glass all winter. Homes under a lot of trees or near a busy road benefit from a third visit.
Do you bring your own water and equipment?
We bring all the equipment: ladders, the water-fed pole, squeegees, and the filter. We don't haul water, though. We hook up to your outside spigot and run it through a three-stage filter right on the pole, so your exterior glass gets purified, spot-free water without any tanks. All we need is the outdoor tap turned on, and the gate unlocked if there is one.
What if it rains right after you clean?
Rain itself is fairly clean. Spots come from dirt that's already on the glass, so freshly cleaned windows usually shrug off a shower. If a storm genuinely undoes the work within a couple of days, tell me and I'll come make it right.
